Welcome To Fatal Under Fire,Fatal Under Fire is an 18+ adult gaming community dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and enjoyable gaming experience for players around the world. While our roots come from first-person shooters such as Call of Duty, Rainbow Six Siege, Battlefield, and similar titles, we are also expanding into third-person shooters, RPGs, and other games that bring members together. Fatal Under Fire was created with one goal in mind: to bring gamers together.
We understand that there are many clans, organizations, teams, and esports groups focused on making money or turning their brand into a business. Fatal Under Fire is different. While community income can help support growth, we are not here for profit. Any money made is put back into the community to help improve the experience, support operations, and provide more opportunities for our members.
At its core, Fatal Under Fire is about meeting new people, building genuine friendships, and creating unforgettable memories with the people we game with. Our mission is to create a community where members feel welcomed, respected, and proud to be part of something bigger than themselves.
⚠️ DISCLAIMER ⚠️Fatal Under Fire is not a business, nor do we claim to operate as one. Our community is privately run by our Owners, Slayah and Damon, and is not controlled by a board of directors. PROOF OF OWNERSHIPFATAL UNDER FIRE WAS FOUNDED BY SLAYAH & DAMON ON JUNE 26, 2026
2026 FOUNDATIONSlayah and Damon first met in Silent Response Gaming, where Slayah was leading the community and Damon was working his way up through leadership.
After Slayah was outcasted from Silent Response Gaming, he created a new community known as Resilient Gaming Network. Once he regained the brand identity for SRG Clan, RGN was later renamed back to SRG. However, over time, Slayah found himself carrying most of the workload alone while trying to support the community’s growth. Damon noticed the effort, dedication, and challenges Slayah was facing.
After some time, Slayah and Damon came together with the goal of creating something stronger, more successful, and built to last. That vision became Fatal Under Fire. From the beginning, they received support from members such as Bubbasmith, Kami, and Creamy, who helped back the creation of the community and server.
Fatal Under Fire was built from experience, loyalty, and the desire to create a better home for gamers. It represents a fresh start, a stronger foundation, and a community focused on growth, friendship, and long-term success.
REMEMBERING SHAWN C. MERCENARY GOODISONShawn was not just a supporter of Slayah, he was a true friend. Shawn and Slayah first met during the midnight launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops II, and their friendship continued from that moment forward. Throughout the years, Shawn stood by Slayah and supported his decisions, goals, and gaming journey.
Unfortunately, Shawn tragically passed away on September 13, 2025. His memory, loyalty, and legacy will forever be honored within Fatal Under Fire. Shawn is proudly inducted into the community’s Hall of Fame, where his impact will never be forgotten.

What Is Chain of Command? All members are expected to follow the Chain of Command whenever they need assistance, want to report a concern, or require a decision from leadership. Members should begin with the lowest appropriate rank that can handle the situation before contacting higher-ranking leadership.
For example, a member should first contact their immediate support officer, junior officer, senior officer, moderator, or department leader. If the issue cannot be resolved at that level, it may then be passed to a Director, Executive Leadership, or Ownership.
The Chain of Command helps Fatal Under Fire:
Keep communication organized and easy to follow.
Ensure issues are handled by the correct department or leader.
Prevent leadership from being overwhelmed with minor concerns.
Give lower-ranking staff the opportunity to perform their assigned duties.
Maintain accountability throughout every level of the community.
Reduce confusion, conflicting instructions, and unnecessary delays.
Members should not skip ranks unless the situation is urgent, involves the person they would normally report to, creates a conflict of interest, or involves a serious safety or misconduct concern. In those situations, the member may contact the next appropriate level of leadership or Internal Affairs.
Following the Chain of Command does not mean a member’s concern is unimportant. It ensures that every issue is reviewed in an organized, fair, and professional manner.
Failure to follow the Chain of Command repeatedly, without a valid reason, may result in corrective action. All members and staff are responsible for respecting the authority, responsibilities, and limitations of each rank within Fatal Under Fire.

Activity Policy
Fatal Under Fire supports a real-life-first mentality. Members will never be penalized for handling work, family, school, health, or other important personal responsibilities.
However, members are still expected to maintain a reasonable level of activity to support the community’s growth. If an official game night, meeting, or community event is taking place and a member is online playing another game or actively chatting in Discord without participating, they may receive a verbal warning.
The real-life-first policy may not be used to avoid activity requirements while remaining active elsewhere. Members who need extended time away should communicate with leadership or submit a Leave of Absence when appropriate.
What Are Reasonable Levels of Activity?
Members are encouraged to maintain a minimum activity level of 10 messages per week during their region’s typical operating hours. Your operating hours are based on the times you are normally awake and available, whether that is during the day or at night.
Members should make a reasonable effort to engage with the community during those hours. Messages will still count toward activity requirements even if another member does not respond.
Members are encouraged to maintain a combined weekly activity level of at least 10 messages and 5 hours of voice activity during their region’s typical operating hours.
These requirements are flexible and may be balanced between text and voice activity. For example, a member who does not reach 10 messages but remains highly active in voice channels may still be considered reasonably active. Overall participation and engagement will be considered when reviewing activity levels.
-
Inactivity Policy
Members who are inactive for more than five consecutive days without communication may receive a check-in from leadership. Once contacted, the member will have 48 hours to respond, explain the reason for their inactivity, or request a Leave of Absence when appropriate. Continued inactivity or failure to respond may result in a warning, rank removal, or removal from Fatal Under Fire. Real-life responsibilities will always be respected, but communication is expected whenever possible.
Members removed for inactivity are eligible to rejoin Fatal Under Fire immediately, with no waiting period or restriction.
How Do We Assign Inactive Members?
A member may be considered inactive if they:
Have not played with or spoken to any Fatal Under Fire member.
Have shown minimal activity for more than five consecutive days without communication.
Have not participated in any community events since joining.
Fatal Under Fire is a gaming community and clan, not simply a chat room. We generally do not recruit individuals who do not actively play games. Limited exceptions may be considered under our Non-Gaming Participant Policy.
-
Fatal Under Fire is built upon two core bylaws that every member is expected to follow:
No Member Left Behind:
Do not rage quit or abandon your team. We understand that games can become stressful, but members are expected to finish the match and move forward together. If the party wants to leave a match early, all members must agree before anyone backs out.
We win together. We lose together. We retreat together.
No One Fights Alone:
Members are expected to respect all online players while supporting and protecting Fatal Under Fire and its members. If the community or one of its members is being attacked, members should stand together and defend the FuF name. However, all responses must remain respectful, mature, and professional.
Always protect the community without creating unnecessary conflict or damaging the Fatal Under Fire brand.

Fatal Under Fire is dedicated to maintaining a fair, respectful, and non-toxic gaming community. Our Disciplinary Outcomes are not intended to be a strict order that leadership must follow, but rather a list of possible actions that may be used in the event disciplinary action is needed.
Each situation may be handled differently depending on the severity of the incident, the member’s history, and the overall impact on the community.
Verbal WarningA Verbal Warning may be issued for minor rule violations or first-time offenses. This serves as an opportunity to correct the behavior before further disciplinary action is needed. Verbal Warnings are meant to be respectful, educational, and corrective rather than punitive. However, repeated behavior after receiving a Verbal Warning may result in further action.
Written Warning
A Written Warning may be issued for repeated minor rule violations, failure to correct behavior after a Verbal Warning, or incidents that require formal documentation. Written Warnings serve as an official notice that the behavior is not acceptable within Fatal Under Fire. Members are expected to correct the issue moving forward, and failure to do so may result in further disciplinary action.
Strike
A Strike may be issued for rule violations, repeated misconduct, or behavior that requires formal documentation within Fatal Under Fire. Strikes serve as an official disciplinary record and may be considered when determining future consequences if the behavior continues. Leadership will review the seriousness of the incident, the member’s history, and the overall impact on the community before issuing a Strike.
A Strike may be removed after 60 consecutive days of good behavior.
Suspension
A suspension may be issued for serious rule violations, repeated misconduct, or failure to correct behavior after previous warnings. Depending on the severity of the situation, a suspended member may temporarily lose access to certain privileges, events, voice channels, community areas, or Fatal Under Fire as a whole. Leadership will determine the length and conditions of the suspension based on the incident, the member’s history, and the impact on the community. The purpose of a suspension is to hold the member accountable while giving them time to reflect, correct their behavior, and understand the seriousness of the situation before returning.
Rank Suspension
A Rank Suspension may be issued for serious rule violations or repeated misconduct. This action temporarily prevents a member from being promoted or progressing within the Fatal Under Fire rank structure. Rank Suspensions are more serious than the corrective actions FuF normally prefers to use and will only be issued when necessary. The purpose of a Rank Suspension is to hold the member accountable while still giving them the opportunity to correct their behavior, rebuild trust, and continue moving forward within the community.
Demotion
A demotion may be issued when a member fails to meet the expectations, responsibilities, or standards of their current rank or leadership position. Reasons for demotion may include repeated misconduct, inactivity, failure to complete assigned duties, abuse of authority, poor leadership, or failure to follow FuF policies and the Chain of Command. A demotion lowers a member’s rank, role, or position within Fatal Under Fire. Before this action is taken, leadership will consider the seriousness of the situation, the member’s history, and the impact on the community. The purpose of a demotion is to hold members accountable while giving them the opportunity to correct their behavior, rebuild trust, and continue contributing positively to FuF.
Membership Revocation
Membership Revocation may be issued for serious rule violations, repeated misconduct, or behavior that goes against the standards and values of Fatal Under Fire. This action removes the individual’s membership status, rank, roles, privileges, and access to member-only areas. It may be used when a member shows that they are unwilling or unable to follow community expectations. A member whose membership has been revoked may reapply to Fatal Under Fire 30 days after the date of removal. Reapplying does not guarantee acceptance.
⚠️ DISCLAIMER ⚠️
Fatal Under Fire reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke membership when leadership determines that an individual is not a suitable fit for the community. Membership within Fatal Under Fire is a privilege, not a right. All membership decisions will be made at the discretion of FuF leadership and in the best interest of the community.
Member Ban
A Member Ban may be issued for serious rule violations, repeated misconduct, or behavior that threatens the safety, stability, or integrity of Fatal Under Fire. A banned individual will permanently lose access to FuF’s Discord server, events, platforms, and other community spaces. In some cases, a ban may be appealed or revoked. Only the Community Director or higher leadership may remove a ban, and the reason for doing so must be valid and properly documented.
Blacklist
A blacklist may be issued for severe rule violations, repeated misconduct, or actions that seriously threaten the safety, stability, integrity, or reputation of Fatal Under Fire.
A blacklisted individual is permanently prohibited from:
Rejoining Fatal Under Fire
Participating in FuF community spaces
Attending FuF events
Holding membership or rank
Representing Fatal Under Fire in any way
Depending on the severity of the violation, the individual may also lose the right to submit a future appeal. Blacklisting is the most serious disciplinary action and will not be issued without careful review. Only Internal Affairs or higher leadership may issue a blacklist.
Only the Ownership Team may revoke a blacklist. Any decision to remove a blacklist must have a valid reason and be fully documented.
Quitting Without Notice or Clan Hopping
We understand that Fatal Under Fire may not be for everyone. However, we ask that you communicate any issues or concerns before making your exit. We assume that if you leave without saying anything you want the issue to keep persisting. Members who leave without notice will receive a (90) day ban.
If you are granted a second chance and you leave again without notice you will be permanently banned from Fatal Under Fire. We are not mind readers and cannot fix issues if they are not brought up to the right people, members who are permanently banned for quitting without notice may submit an appeal and state their case for reentry.
⚠️ DISCLAIMER ⚠️
Fatal Under Fire has a zero-tolerance policy for clan hopping and dual clanning. Members may not join, represent, or hold a rank in another gaming clan while they are members of Fatal Under Fire. Any member found clan hopping or dual clanning may be removed and blacklisted. Fatal Under Fire values loyalty, commitment, and members who are dedicated to the community.

Fatal Under Fire offers (4) different types of LOA’s. Short-Term, Long Term, Extended LOA, & Military LOA
Short Term Leave of Absence:
Members may request a Short-Term Leave of Absence if they need to take time away from the server. Leave of Absence requests should not be denied without proper reason. If a member’s Leave of Absence is approved, they will receive the Leave of Absence role within Discord, and an LOA note will be entered into their CMS profile.
Once approved, the member will be relieved of all responsibilities for the duration of their Leave of Absence. If the member holds a leadership position, a temporary assignment may be made to cover their responsibilities while they are away. A Short-Term Leave of Absence may last from 7 to 14 days.
Upon returning from their Leave of Absence, the member will return to their position immediately and resume their regular activities, responsibilities, and activity requirements.
Long Term Leave of Absence
Members may request a Long-Term Leave of Absence if they need an extended amount of time away from the server. If approved, the member will be relieved of any and all responsibilities for the duration of their Leave of Absence.
A Long-Term Leave of Absence is any approved time away lasting from 15 to 60 days.
If the member holds a leadership position, a temporary or permanent replacement may be considered if the situation warrants it. The member may also be moved down to Senior Member, and leadership roles or permissions may be removed during this time.
After 61 days of Leave of Absence, a member of Executive Leadership or the member’s direct superior will attempt to reach out. If there is no response, the member may be removed in accordance with the Activity & Inactivity Policy. (Members removed for inactivity are eligible to reapply immediately.)
Extended Leave of Absence
Members may request an Extended Leave of Absence within reason. These requests are less likely to be approved unless they are related to a family emergency, mental health, medical reasons, job-related obligations, or other serious circumstances.
If approved, the member will be relieved of any and all responsibilities for the duration of their Leave of Absence.
An Extended Leave of Absence is any approved time away lasting from 61 to 183 days.
If the member holds a leadership position, they may be informed that they will be moved down to Member and will vacate their leadership role. FuF cannot reasonably hold a leadership position open for this length of time due to the responsibilities and stability required within the community.
After 184 days of Leave of Absence, an Executive Leader or the member’s direct superior will attempt to reach out. If there is no response, the member may be removed in accordance with FuF’s Activity & Inactivity Policy.
Military Leave of Absence
First, we would like to thank you for your service.
Military personnel may request a Military Leave of Absence without denial. If approved, the member will be relieved of any and all responsibilities for the duration of their Leave of Absence.
A Military Leave of Absence is any approved time away lasting from 1 to 365 days.
If the member holds a leadership position, they may be required to vacate their role and step down to Senior Member. FuF cannot reasonably hold a leadership position open for an entire year due to the responsibilities and stability required within the community.
After 365 days on Leave of Absence, Executive Leadership or the member’s direct superior will attempt to reach out. If there is no response, the member may be removed from the community in accordance with FuF’s Activity & Inactivity Policy.
Leave of Absence Guidelines
Members on an approved LOA are expected to remain away from the server and refrain from chatting or participating in regular community activity. If you are on LOA, the expectation is that you are absent.
Executive Leadership members on LOA may remain visually active for the purpose of receiving necessary updates only. They should not type in regular channels and should remain restricted to Executive voice channels when needed.
Members must submit an LOA ticket within the Discord server for their request to be reviewed and documented.
Members must inform their direct superior of their need for an LOA before opening an LOA ticket.
Members are expected to keep Leadership updated regarding possible return dates or any changes to their availability.
Members returning from LOA should notify their direct superior or the appropriate Leadership member so their roles, responsibilities, and activity requirements can be properly resumed.

Our Ranking System is designed to provide organization and structure to our community by rewarding members for activity, participation, good behavior and overall contribution.
The Rank Structure & Ranking System are a privilege not a right, Fatal Under Fire reserves the right to promote, deny, delay, or adjust member progression based on community needs or member performance. Our ranking system policy ensures we are appointing the right leadership to the right roles, Fatal Under Fire takes pride in developing its leadership members and staff team.
RANK ADVANCEMENT
All ranks within Fatal Under Fire are earned, not given. Asking, demanding, or pressuring leadership for a promotion is prohibited and may result in a verbal warning. Members are welcome to express interest in advancing; however, interest alone does not guarantee a promotion. After expressing interest, members are expected to demonstrate through their actions that they are ready for greater responsibility. No member should expect or feel entitled to a rank.
Promotions are based on activity, tenure, performance, conduct, leadership potential, and overall contributions to the community.
Ranks may never be awarded in exchange for donations, gifts, favors, money, or any other form of compensation. Offering or accepting a bribe in connection with a promotion is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
RANK RESPONSIBILITIES
The Fatal Under Fire rank structure is designed to give members a sense of purpose, responsibility, and something meaningful to work toward. Every member who accepts a rank is responsible for understanding and fulfilling the duties attached to that position.
Leadership roles should only be pursued by members who have the time, energy, knowledge, availability, and ability to perform the required duties. Members should not express interest in or accept a leadership role they are unable to maintain. Fatal Under Fire cannot operate effectively with inactive leadership, especially when that position could be filled by another qualified member who is ready and willing to contribute.
Leadership roles within Fatal Under Fire begin at the rank of Corporal and continue through all higher ranks. These positions are reserved for dependable members who genuinely want to make a positive difference within the community. Accepting a leadership role and then failing to perform its responsibilities prevents progress, delays operations, and limits advancement opportunities for other members.
Members who accept leadership positions are expected to remain active, complete their assigned duties, communicate with their chain of command, and contribute to Fatal Under Fire operations on a consistent basis.
Failure to perform assigned duties may result in immediate disciplinary action, including removal from the position or demotion. The severity of the action will depend on the circumstances, the member’s communication, and whether the issue is repeated or ongoing.
We understand that many members are eager to help the community. However, accepting a position without having the ability or availability to fulfill it does not help Fatal Under Fire, it creates additional delays and responsibilities for others. Please only pursue or accept a leadership role when you are fully prepared to meet the expectations of that position.
INTERIM RESPONSIBILITIES
Fatal Under Fire may temporarily assign leadership responsibilities when a position is vacant or a leader leaves, becomes unavailable, or takes a leave of absence. These duties may be assigned to the next rank above or below the position at the discretion of higher leadership. Interim assignments are temporary and do not guarantee a promotion or permanent placement.
