OWNER
Description
Owner holds the highest rank & authority in the chain of command, owner is the responsible for the overall decision making, direction, growth and success of Fatal Under Fire.
These members don't handle every task or every small task but they ensure that the community is moving in the right direction and is operating at it's full capacity by creating structure, developing leaders and leading by example.
Active Duties
- Recruit new members to the community in attempt to help recruitment efforts.
- Remain active by being a visible role model for the members of the community
- Oversee community related expenses, partnerships, merchandise, or revenue streams.
- Show continous improvement in results by creating systems, marketing, sales, member retention, and social media growth.
- Design & refine policies, standard operating procedures, rules, guidelines and training pathways.
- Set & uphold the standard for community culture ensuring Fatal Under Fire is safe, fun and enjoyable.
- Uphold the values of Fatal Under Fire by encouraging activity and leading by example.
- Handle only high level conflicts and issues regarding the executive leadership staff.
- Attend community-wide events to encourage activity & participation.
- Attend community-wide squad meetings to give input in where it's needed.
- Represent FUF professionally in meetings, on social media, and when engaging with potential sponsors or partners.
- Seek out and establish sponsorship opportunities that provide value and benefits to the community.
- Monitor the overall progression and development of each department by partnering with department Directors.
- Approve all major policy, SOP, guidelines and structural changes being requested by Operations Director.
- Design, approve, and refine the community structure (divisions, sections, squads). Oversee expansion, recruitment strategy, and overall growth of FUF.
- Assist in Recruitment Onboardings as needed.
- Financially support the community needs if funds are made available.
CO-OWNER
Description
Co-Owner is responsible for assisting the Owner with operations, development and growth of Fatal Under Fire. The Co-Owner manages and oversee's the Senior Executive Leadership, supports major community decisions and ensures all departments are following the standards, goal and structure set by the Owner.
Co-Owner acts in second in command and keeps the community running smoothly when the owner is unavailable to fulfill his/her responsibilities. They are trusted to handle high level issues, guide leadership, and help protect the community's image and lon-term vision.
Active Duties
- Recruit new members to Fatal Under Fire to support recruitment efforts.
- Assist with daily recruit onboarding procedures and provide additional support as needed to ensure new members are properly welcomed, informed, and integrated into the community.
- Assist in managing and resolving high-level conflicts within Senior Executive Leadership in a professional, fair, and effective manner.
- Oversee the performance of all Department Directors to ensure they remain consistent, efficient, and effective in carrying out their duties.
- Assist in the creation, review, and refinement of FUF policies, standard operating procedures, and community standards to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
- Approve the creation of new Divisions, Sections, and Squads following review and recommendation from the Director of Operations.
- Remain an active and visible role model within the community by encouraging engagement, activity, and participation in events.
- Communicate updates, announcements, and important information through official FUF channels.
- Host, attend, and help manage events across the entire community.
- Meet regularly with department leads to provide direction aligned with Ownership’s vision.
- Support the Owners with operational and strategic tasks as needed to ensure the community continues to run efficiently and align with its long-term goals.
- Assist in maintaining and updating website and Discord content to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Act in the place of Owners when they are unavailable to perform any FUF functions.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Description
The Operations Director is responsible for ensuring the community's daily operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and consistently. They help turn the Ownership's vision into action by overseeing departments, systems, procedures and leadership performance.Active Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations such as events, community requests & suggestions, meetings being conducted, and community growth.
- Support the Co-Owner with tasks he/she may need completed per their request.
- Recruit new members to support overall community growth and recruitment efforts.
- Assist with recruitment onboardings as many times as needed.
- Assist in overseeing the performance of all directors to ensure efficiency, accountability, and consistency in the execution of their duties.
- Meet regularly with directors to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend necessary changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Host, attend, and help manage events across the entire community.
- Review and evaluate all Division, Sections, and Squad expansion requests submitted by the Community Director. Upon approval, forward the request to the Co-Owner for final review and authorization.
- Remain an active and visible role model within the community by encouraging engagement, activity, and participation in events.
- Collect news & updates from the Co-Owner to relay to members below you in the appropriate channels and formatting.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY
Description
The Community Director is responsible for maintaining an active presence within the community by engaging with members, participating in community activities, and serving as a trusted point of contact for member concerns, questions, and feedback.
This position plays an important role in helping ensure members feel heard, supported, and connected. The Community Director may also assist with administrative tasks assigned by the Operations Director and help support the overall structure and daily function of the community.
The Community Director is considered the heart of the community, representing loyalty, dedication, and a strong commitment to the continued growth and success of Fatal Under Fire.
Active Duties
- Organize member online IDs into a structured and numbered list to improve clarity, organization, and ease of access.
- Assist with recruitment onboardings as needed.
- Recruit new members to support overall community growth.
- Maintain an active presence and serve as a positive role model within the community.
- Attend, host, and support events across the entire community.
- Manage the promotion and assignment of Division Leaders.
- Drive community engagement by supporting events, activity, and strong leadership initiatives.
- Evaluate the need for new Divisions or Squads and submit recommendations through the appropriate approval channels.
- Assist with Discord moderation to maintain a safe, respectful, and non-toxic environment.
- Collaborate with the Director of Training Operations to develop and strengthen leadership across all levels.

DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS
Description
The Internal Affairs Director is responsible for overseeing all internal investigations, Internal Affairs Representatives, and internal affairs processes within Fatal Under Fire. This position ensures that investigations are handled professionally, fairly, and according to community policies and standards.
The Internal Affairs Director manages investigations through their assigned Internal Affairs Representatives and ensures all concerns are reviewed, documented, and handled with integrity. This role is crucial to protecting the safety, trust, and overall integrity of Fatal Under Fire.
Active Duties
- Investigate all Internal Affairs conflicts, violations, and reports in accordance with FUF standards.
- Maintain an active presence and serve as a professional role model within the community.
- Assist with the recruitment onboarding process as needed.
- Recruit new members to support community growth.
- Lead and oversee a team of IA Representatives, ensuring accountability and performance.
- Review IA reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
- Oversee all IA investigations and interviews to ensure fairness, consistency, and due process.
- Provide guidance and updates on best practices related to safety, reporting procedures, and identifying suspicious activity.
- Review and approve any actions or exceptions that fall outside standard FUF policies, when applicable.

DIRECTOR OF DISCORD OPERATIONS
Description
The Director of Discord Operations is responsible for keeping the FUF Discord server organized, clean, secure, and easy for members to use. This role makes sure channels, categories, permissions, bots, and server features are properly maintained and aligned with FUF standards.
The Director of Discord Operations also oversees all Moderators to ensure the server is being managed properly, member issues are handled when needed, and the overall Discord environment remains professional, active, and safe.
Active Duties
- Organize and maintain a clean, structured, and easy-to-use Discord server.
- Keep all channels, categories, and server sections organized and up to date.
- Manage and supervise Moderators.
- Make sure Discord staff are active, professional, and completing their duties.
- Review and update Discord content to ensure information is accurate and clear.
- Regularly check channel permissions to make sure members and staff have the correct access.
- Manage Discord bots, bot commands, automations, and server features to make sure they work properly.
- Remove or update outdated, unnecessary, or cluttered content when needed.

- Assist with recruit enrollment and onboarding when needed.

DIRECTOR OF TRAINING OPERATIONS
Description
The Director of Training Operations is responsible for managing and assisting with improvements for all training programs within FUF. This role makes sure recruits, members, and staff receive clear, organized, and helpful training so they understand their roles, expectations, and responsibilities.
The Director of Training Operations oversees Training Officers and other assigned training staff to ensure all training is completed properly, consistently, and according to FUF standards. This position also helps keep training materials, guides, and processes updated so the community can continue to grow with strong, prepared, and knowledgeable members.

- Manage and oversee all training operations within FUF.
- Assist in Creating, updating, and maintaining training materials, guides, and procedures.
- Make sure training information is clear, accurate, and easy to understand.

The Director of Recruitment is responsible for managing and overseeing all recruitment operations within Fatal Under Fire. This position ensures the recruitment process remains organized, professional, and consistent while helping the community grow with active and reliable members.

- Manage and supervise all Recruitment Certified and Recruiters.
- Ensure recruiters follow all approved recruitment procedures and requirements.
- Review recruitment activity and hold recruiters accountable for completing their duties.
- Help create and improve recruitment methods, advertisements, and outreach strategies.
- Monitor recruit applications, interviews, and onboarding progress.
- Ensure all new recruits receive accurate information about Fatal Under Fire.

- Manage and supervise all Website Operations staff.
- Maintain the structure, appearance, and overall functionality of the website.
- Keep website pages, forms, links, images, and information accurate and up to date.
- Review the website regularly for broken links, errors, outdated content, or other issues.
- Ensure the website is easy to navigate on desktop and mobile devices.
- Create, edit, and publish website content when needed.
- Protect sensitive website information and limit access to authorized staff.
- Manage staff permissions and website access levels.
- Test new pages, features, forms, and updates before they are published.
- Work with other departments to add or update information related to their operations.
- Maintain website backups and help prevent the loss of important content.

The Director of Marketing is responsible for managing and overseeing all marketing and promotional operations within Fatal Under Fire. This position helps grow the community by promoting the brand, creating engaging content, and maintaining a professional public image across all platforms.

- Create and maintain marketing plans that support community growth and engagement.
- Oversee advertisements, recruitment promotions, announcements, and public campaigns.
- Manage and maintain Fatal Under Fire’s social media presence.
- Study and adapt to social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement strategies to maximize FUF’s visibility and reach.
- Ensure all marketing materials accurately represent FUF’s values, branding, and community standards.
- Assist in planning promotional campaigns, recruitment advertisements, announcements, trailers, and community spotlight content.
- Coordinate with leadership regarding upcoming events, tournaments, battalion launches, partnerships, and merchandise releases for proper advertisement and promotion.
- Maintain organization of marketing assets, branding files, templates, and promotional resources.
- Assist in onboarding and welcoming new members whenever operationally possible.
- Participate in community-wide activities, events, meetings, and game nights to remain actively involved within the community.

Description
An Internal Affairs Representative is responsible for assisting with internal investigations, reviewing member and staff complaints, collecting evidence, and helping ensure community policies are followed. This position must remain fair, professional, confidential, and unbiased during every investigation.
Active Duties
- Review complaints, reports, and concerns assigned by Internal Affairs leadership.
- Assist with internal investigations involving members or staff.
- Collect statements, screenshots, recordings, and other available evidence.
- Interview involved members when needed.
- Keep all investigation details private and confidential.
- Remain neutral and avoid taking sides during investigations.
- Organize evidence and maintain accurate case records.
- Complete clear and detailed investigation reports.
- Report findings to Internal Affairs leadership for review.

MODERATOR
Description
Moderators serve as the first line of safety and moderation within the FUF Discord server. Their primary responsibility is to maintain order, professionalism, and a positive environment throughout the community. Moderators assist with enforcing Discord rules, monitoring member behavior, addressing disruptions, and ensuring community standards and guidelines are being upheld at all times.
Active Duties
- Monitor the Discord server to ensure rules and community standards are being followed
- Address disruptive, toxic, or inappropriate behavior within the community
- Assist with maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
- Respond to member concerns, questions, and moderation-related situations
- Enforce Discord rules, policies, and Code of Conduct guidelines
- Warn, mute, remove, or report members when necessary and authorized
- Monitor voice and text channels for misconduct or violations
- Assist leadership with handling community issues and conflicts
- Report serious incidents or concerns to higher leadership when appropriate
- Help prevent spam, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Maintain professionalism and neutrality while moderating situations

TRAINING OFFICER
Description
These members are responsible for mentoring, guiding, and assisting upcoming leadership members within the community. When a member expresses interest in advancing into higher leadership, they may be assigned a Training Officer (TO) who will help prepare them for the next stage of leadership through mentorship, training, guidance, and leadership development.

Description
Recruiters are responsible for bringing new members into the community to support the growth and activity of FUF. Their primary focus is online recruitment, community outreach, and assisting with Recruit enrollments during the onboarding process of new members. Recruiters are expected to represent FUF professionally while ensuring all new members are welcomed, informed, and properly introduced to the community.
Active Duties
- Recruit new members into Fatal Under Fire through online outreach and recruitment efforts
- Assist with Recruit enrollments and onboarding procedures for new members
- Represent FUF in a professional and positive manner during recruitment operations

DIVISION LEADER
Description
Division Leaders are responsible for overseeing and managing their assigned division within Fatal Under Fire. Divisions are typically organized around a primary game title and are responsible for maintaining the overall growth, activity, organization, and success of their division. Division Leaders are expected to provide leadership, support their members and leadership teams, and ensure their division operates professionally and in alignment with FUF standards and expectations.

- Oversee the overall operations, activity, and success of their assigned division
- Supervise Section Leaders and other leadership members within the division
- Ensure the division remains active, organized, and professionally operated
- Assist with recruiting and retaining members within the division
- Host and support division-wide events, activities, and meetings

GENERAL
Description
Generals serve as the second-in-command and direct support to the Battalion Commander. They assist with the day-to-day operations, organization, and management of the battalion while helping ensure leadership expectations and community standards are being upheld. Generals are also responsible for supervising lower squad leadership to ensure proper alignment, communication, structure, and operational efficiency throughout the battalion.
Active Duties
- Assist the Battalion Commander with day-to-day battalion operations
- Supervise and support lower squad leadership within the battalion
- Ensure leadership beneath them remains aligned with FUF standards and expectations
- Help maintain organization, communication, and operational structure within the battalion
- Assist with hosting battalion meetings, activities, and events
- Monitor member activity and overall battalion engagement
- Provide mentorship and guidance to upcoming leaders and squad leadership
- Assist with resolving internal issues or concerns within the battalion

- Step in to assist or lead operations in the absence of the Battalion Commander

COLONEL
Description
Colonels serve as the highest level of squad leadership within FUF. Their primary responsibility is to ensure their squad operates effectively, professionally, and in alignment with community standards and expectations. Colonels are responsible for evaluating the performance of leadership beneath them, maintaining squad organization and activity, and ensuring operations run smoothly.
Colonels are also expected to mentor and develop lower leadership members, especially Majors, to help prepare them for future promotion into the Colonel role through guidance, leadership development, and operational experience.

MAJOR
Description
Majors serve as the secondary leadership within a squad and act as a direct support role to the Captain. Their primary responsibility is to assist with the day-to-day operations, organization, and management of the squad while helping ensure leadership expectations and community standards are being upheld.
Majors are also expected to step in and help maintain squad operations in situations where a Captain is unavailable or unable to fulfill their responsibilities. They play a key role in maintaining stability, communication, and leadership continuity within the squad.

CAPTAIN
Description
Captains serve as the primary leadership of a squad and are responsible for overseeing the squad’s day-to-day operations, organization, and overall success. Captains are entrusted with leading their squad in the manner they believe is most effective, while ensuring all operations remain aligned with FUF standards, policies, and expectations.
While Majors and Colonels may step in to provide guidance, support, or corrective oversight when necessary, the Captain ultimately serves as the primary decision-maker and operational leader of the squad.

- Lead and supervise squad members and lower leadership
- Ensure the squad remains active, organized, and professionally operated

LIEUTENANT
Description
Lieutenants (LTs) serve as the direct support and right-hand leadership to the Captain within the squad. This role is considered a developmental leadership position designed to prepare members for future promotion into the Captain role. Lieutenants are expected to assist with squad operations, leadership responsibilities, and member management while learning how to effectively lead and operate a squad.
When authorized by the Major or higher leadership, Lieutenants may also step in to assist with or temporarily oversee squad operations in the absence of the Captain.

MASTER SERGEANT

Master Sergeants serve as junior enlisted leadership within the community and play an important role in maintaining structure, activity, and accountability within their squad or battalion. They are expected to assist leadership with day-to-day operations, support lower-ranking members, and help ensure community standards, policies, and expectations are being upheld.
Master Sergeants are often looked upon as experienced and dependable members who help guide newer members, reinforce professionalism, and maintain positive morale within the community. They may also assist with mentoring upcoming leadership members and supporting squad leadership with operational needs, communication, and member engagement.
Active Duties
- Assist squad leadership with day-to-day operations and member management

STAFF SERGEANT
Description
Staff Sergeants serve as Support Officers within the community and are responsible for assisting lower-ranking members by answering questions, providing guidance, and helping members receive the support they need. These members are dedicated to maintaining the growth, activity, and positive development of FUF while promoting professionalism, teamwork, and community involvement.
Active Duties
- Assist lower-ranking members with questions, concerns, and general guidance
- Help maintain activity and positive engagement within the community
- Support squad leadership with day-to-day operations when needed
- Welcome and assist new members as they integrate into FUF
- Promote professionalism, teamwork, and positive behavior within the community
- Help members understand community rules, policies, and expectations

- Assist with monitoring member morale and overall squad engagement
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for support and assistance
- Help maintain organization and communication within the squad
- Identify members who may need additional support or guidance
- Assist leadership by reporting concerns or issues when necessary

SERGEANT
Description
Sergeants serve as support leadership within the community and play an important role in helping new members understand what FUF represents and how structured gaming communities operate. These members are loyal, dependable, and dedicated individuals who are actively learning the foundations of leadership, communication, and community operations while assisting with member support and engagement.
Active Duties
- Assist new members with understanding FUF’s structure, rules, and community culture
- Help answer questions and provide support to lower-ranking members
- Promote positive engagement, teamwork, and professionalism within the community
- Assist leadership with maintaining activity and organization within the squad
- Welcome and guide new members during their early time in FUF
- Encourage participation in community events, activities, and discussions
- Help monitor member behavior and report concerns to leadership when necessary
- Serve as a positive example for newer members to follow
- Assist with maintaining communication and morale within the squad
- Learn and develop leadership skills through hands-on experience and mentorship
- Support squad leadership with operational needs and member engagement
- Help ensure community standards and expectations are being upheld
- Represent FUF in a respectful and professional manner at all times
- Attend/host community wide events to promote engagement.
CORPORAL
Description
Corporals serve as an entry-level support leadership role within the community. These members have successfully completed their Recruitment Certification and are beginning their journey into leadership within FUF. Corporals are expected to assist members, support recruitment and onboarding efforts, and continue developing their leadership, communication, and operational skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
Active Duties
- Assist with recruiting and enrolling new members into FUF
- Help guide new members through the onboarding process
- Answer questions and provide support to newer or lower-ranking members
- Represent FUF in a professional and respectful manner
- Assist leadership with maintaining activity and engagement within the community
- Apply Recruitment Training knowledge during recruitment operations
- Support Recruiters and higher leadership with enrollment procedures when needed
- Help maintain a welcoming and positive environment for incoming members
- Continue developing leadership, communication, and operational skills
- Attend community events, activities, and recruitment operations when available
- Ensure recruitment procedures and community standards are being followed
- Assist with promoting teamwork, professionalism, and positive morale within FUF
- Learn the foundations of leadership through mentorship and hands-on experience
- Maintain activity and involvement within the community and assigned squad/division
- Attend community wide events to promote engagement.
- Remain an active role model within FUF to promote participation.
SPECIALIST
Description
Specialists are members who are currently training and preparing for promotion into the Corporal role. While actively participating within the community, these members are completing the requirements necessary for their Recruitment Training and leadership development. Specialists are expected to learn the fundamentals of recruitment, onboarding, communication, and community operations while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of leadership and certified recruiters.
Active Duties
- Participate actively within the community and squad activities
- Learn the fundamentals of recruitment and onboarding operations
- Complete all Recruitment Training requirements for promotion to Corporal
- Observe and assist with member enrollments and onboarding procedures
- Learn community rules, policies, and leadership expectations
- Assist members with basic questions and guidance when needed
- Maintain professionalism and represent FUF positively
- Work alongside Recruiters and Corporals to gain hands-on experience
- Develop communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Help maintain a welcoming and positive environment within the community
- Remain active, engaged, and willing to learn from leadership mentorship
SENIOR MEMBER
Description
Senior Members are members who have chosen not to pursue leadership positions within FUF but remain active and dedicated members of the community. This role is reserved for individuals who have successfully completed a two (2) week probationary period and have attended a minimum of two (2) community game nights or activities. Senior Members are valued members of the community who contribute through activity, participation, teamwork, and positive engagement.

- Represent FUF in a positive and respectful manner
- Help maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all members
- Follow all FUF rules, policies, and community standards

MEMBER

- Ask leadership questions when guidance or assistance is needed
- Work toward integrating into their squad, battalion, and division
- Help contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable community environment
- Stay informed on community announcements, updates, and expectations
- Show maturity, accountability, and respect toward leadership and members alike
RECRUIT
Description
Recruits are newly joined members of FUF who are in the process of being enrolled, onboarded, and integrated into the community. During this stage, members are introduced to the community structure, rules, expectations, and overall culture of FUF while becoming familiar with their squad, leadership, and fellow members.
Active Duties
- Complete the enrollment and onboarding process within FUF
- Learn and follow all community rules, policies, and expectations
- Remain active and engaged within the community
- Participate in community game nights, activities, and events when possible
- Communicate respectfully with leadership and fellow members
- Become familiar with FUF’s structure, leadership, and community culture
- Ask questions and seek guidance when assistance is needed
